Apartment Casa Caramello
The newly renovated family apartment is located in a historic mining house, at the end of the village Cave del Predil, on the first floor.
It has a capacity of up to 6 people and is very well equipped for any outdoor and relaxing stay in our wilderness of the Julian Alps - ALPI GIULIE 💚🤍❤️
It has two separate bedrooms and a large kitchen with a common area, a bathroom, a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a cellar for storing bicycles, skis or other sports equipment.
Parking is in front of the house, free of charge.
We do not accommodate dogs.
Bedroom No. 1
Room No. 1 has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two separate single beds (80 x 200 cm). Together it has a capacity for up to 4 people.
A chest of drawers and a hanging rack with shelves provide plenty of storage space for your luggage.
Duvets and fresh, fragrant bed linen are part of the apartment's equipment. They are included in the rental price.
The windows offer a view of the mountains.
Bedroom No. 2
Room no. 2 is smaller and has one large double bed (180 x 200 cm).
It has a capacity for 2 people.
A chest of drawers and a hanging rack with shelves provide enough storage space for your luggage.
There is another beautiful view of the mountains.
A cot is also available.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.
The equipment includes: gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, Italian mocha coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, cutlery, water glasses, wine, coffee cups of various sizes, hand blender...
All the necessary cleaning products, towels and dishwasher capsules are included as well. There is also basic cooking necessities such as: salt, sugar, oil and spices.
The kitchen equipment also includes a comfortable sofa and side tables.
During a joint evening program or in bad weather, everyone can find their own comfort zone.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and cabinets with storage space.
Entrance to the apartment
The apartment is entered through a hallway,
from which doors lead to individual rooms, a bathroom and a closet.
The hanger provides enough space to hang the jackets.
